Warranty & Repair Policy:
All jewelry is hand packaged with the greatest of care, but if you receive your jewelry and anything is delivered damaged please email me right away for a replacement product. If jewelry becomes broken over time, just let me know and I would be happy to do any repairs for you for free. If string or wire breaks, try to save as many beads as possible so I am able to quickly and easily put it back together for you!
